## Buyer questions

- **Is wonlex.gr an official Wonlex seller?** Yes. GPSCOM holds the Wonlex dealership for Greece and is the only official seller of Wonlex products in Greece.
- **Is there a monthly fee?** No fee to the shop. The customer pays only for their own mobile plan on the nano-SIM in the watch.
- **Which SIM works?** A nano-SIM from a Greek operator (e.g. Cosmote, Vodafone, Nova) with mobile data and caller ID, PIN removed. Voice minutes are needed for calls.
- **Can strangers call the watch?** The parent sets the allowed contacts in the app and can block calls from numbers not on the list.
- **Which app?** SeTracker or SeTracker2 (free, iOS and Android), depending on the model.
- **Returns?** A 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under EU consumer law, plus the legal guarantee for defects.

## Privacy and safety

- A child's location is personal data under the GDPR. Parents or guardians decide for young children; in Greece the age of digital consent is 15 (Law 4624/2019, art. 21).
- Location and call data are processed by the companion app provider (SeTracker); buyers should read its privacy policy.
- The watches are meant for tracking a child or a relative you care for, with their knowledge, never another adult without consent.

## Limits: when Wonlex is not the right choice

- Needs a nano-SIM with mobile data and caller ID, which the customer provides; without mobile coverage the watch cannot report its position or make calls.
- Not a medical device and not a monitored alarm service; the SOS button calls family contacts, not 112 or an alarm centre.
- Indoor location is approximate (Wi-Fi/LBS), and position updates are periodic, not continuous.
- Battery needs regular charging (typically daily, depending on use); video calls use the most power.
- Not a smartphone: no open app store or social media on the kids watches.
- Ships to Greece and Cyprus only.
