Terms of use and sale
What applies when you buy from our online shop
These terms apply to every purchase from the wonlex.gr online shop. Please read them before you complete your order; by placing an order you confirm that you accept them. Anything not covered here is governed by Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994, as in force).
1. Who we are
wonlex.gr is the official online shop for Wonlex products in Greece. It is operated by GPSCOM, which holds the Wonlex dealership for Greece.
- Company name: GPSCOM
- Legal form: [pending]
- VAT number (ΑΦΜ): [pending]
- Tax office (ΔΟΥ): [pending]
- Business registry no. (ΓΕΜΗ): [pending]
- Registered address: [pending]

2. Products and descriptions
We sell 4G kids smartwatches, SOS watches for older people and accessories such as straps, charging cables and screen protectors. All are genuine Wonlex products from the official dealer.
We take care that descriptions, specifications and photos are accurate. Colours may look slightly different from screen to screen. If you spot a mistake, please let us know.
3. SIM card and phone app
For calls, messages and location, the watch needs a nano-SIM card with a data plan from a mobile operator. The SIM card is not included unless the product page says so. You choose the operator and plan and pay the operator directly.
The watch is set up and used through a third-party phone app (e.g. SeTracker). The app is provided by its publisher under its own terms of use and privacy policy, which you accept when you install it. We do not operate the app or its servers and cannot guarantee its availability, changes made by its publisher or mobile network coverage.
If you need help inserting the SIM or setting up the app, contact us in Greek or English at info@wonlex.gr or +30 2310 944433.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
You can order as a guest or with a customer account. Before you submit, you see a summary of the products, the final price, shipping costs and any payment-method surcharge, and you can correct your details.
As soon as you submit your order, we send you a confirmation email with all its details. The sales contract is concluded with that confirmation. We issue the legally required receipt or invoice for every order.
We may cancel an order only for a serious reason, for example if the product has sold out or the price was obviously wrong because of a technical error. In that case we tell you straight away and refund anything you have paid without delay.
5. Prices
All prices are in euros and include 24% VAT. Shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery surcharge are not included in the product price; they are shown separately before you complete your order. For orders to Cyprus, VAT is charged under the EU rules for distance sales, and the final amount is always shown at checkout before payment.
The price shown when you submit your order applies. Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Where a discount is shown, the previous price is the lowest price that applied in the 30 days before the discount.
6. Payment methods
Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order. Depending on availability, you can pay by:
- debit, credit or prepaid card, through a certified payment provider;
- IRIS, directly from your bank app;
- PayPal, where offered;
- cash on delivery, with the surcharge shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Your card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are not stored by the shop. Your bank may ask for extra verification (3-D Secure).
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship throughout Greece and to Cyprus. Shipping costs, available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown on the Shipping page and at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates. If we cannot deliver your order within 30 days of the contract being concluded, we will tell you, and you can cancel it and get back everything you paid.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel. Check the packaging on delivery; if it is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos.
8. 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the product. If the order arrives in several parcels, it starts when the last one arrives.
How to withdraw, the condition the product must be in, who pays return shipping and when you get your money back are explained in detail on the Returns and warranty page.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers and does not apply to purchases made for business purposes.
9. 2-year legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee: we are liable for any lack of conformity (e.g. a defect) that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of it (Law 2251/1994, as amended by Law 4967/2022 transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771). If the problem appears within the first year, it is presumed to have existed at delivery.
If there is a lack of conformity you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge. If that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or terminate the contract and get your money back.
The legal guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, drops and knocks, contact with water beyond the model’s water-resistance rating or repair by an unauthorised technician, nor normal wear and tear.
10. Dealer warranty
In addition to the legal guarantee, as the official dealer we provide a commercial warranty of [pending] on Wonlex watches, serviced in Greece. The dealer warranty does not limit or replace your rights under the legal guarantee.
For faster service, register your watch on the Warranty page with your order number and the device’s IMEI or serial number. The repair procedure is described on the Returns and warranty page.
11. Liability
We are liable for the products we sell as provided by law. We are not liable for problems caused by things outside our control, such as mobile network coverage or outages, the operation of the third-party app, location accuracy affected by the surroundings (e.g. inside buildings or basements) or force majeure. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, nor your rights under consumer protection law.
The watches make it easier to stay in touch and to know where a child or older person is, but they do not replace adult supervision or emergency services. The SOS button calls the contacts you set in the app. In an emergency, call 112.
12. Website content
The text, images and graphics on this website are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced without our permission. The Wonlex trademark belongs to its owner.
13. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
If you have any problem, please contact us first at info@wonlex.gr or +30 2310 944433; we will do our best to solve it quickly.
If you are not satisfied, you can turn, free of charge, to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body, such as:
- the Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή), an independent authority that mediates between consumers and businesses;
- the Amicable Settlement Committees (Επιτροπές Φιλικού Διακανονισμού) of your region;
- the General Secretariat for Commerce and Consumer Protection, on the consumer hotline 1520.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Each order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
